Great staff - friendly and fast to respond. Nice room upgrade offer. Rooms were very comfortable and my view was spectacular. Good breakfast buffet and nice bar by the pool.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and followed up on all issues immediately.

The spa could have been warmer.

This is a very pleasant beach front hotel in Kapaa. It is a convenient location, lying half way between the North and South shores. The unit has a small refrigerator that worked out great for holding juice, snacks and drinks. No self checkout, no bell help at 6am in the morning, the unfriendly security guard and the person that checked me out before I left the hotel.

The room was realy nice for he price. Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Would ecommnd this hotel.

Service in the restaurant took forever, but when we finally got our food, it was really good and cheap.

This was really nice hotel for the price. Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. I would defiitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms in this hotel need to be renovated. The first room we were assigned had a strong mold smell and the AC thermostat did not work. We tried five other rooms until we settled on a one with least smell. We overpaid the price but the hotel would not give us an upgrade even though we had paid the ocean view price.
