The receptionist was the best!

Motel smelled musky.

This is an old hotel that could use some TLC. There is a bad musky oder in the halls; not too bad in the room. The desk clerk was great; cute young girl who was very helpful. Staff was friendly. The air conditioning was really cold.

Dirty, smelly, cable and remote didn't work, no extra pillows, rollaway bed with broken springs.

The Super 8 Motel on Macarthur Drive in Alexandria would be best served by people renting a room by the hour. Someone had broken into the soda machines and torn out all the electronics, the room was dirty (pubic hairs on the toilet seat and in the tub) and the tub and sink had a very slow drain. There sign was out so not easy to find the first time
at night.
