Front desk responded to language challenges.
Poor internet signal in room.
Hotel location to downtown extremely important and desk staff totally helpful regarding directions inspite of language challenges.

\the staff tried to please us and they changed our room several times.
The hotel was in the worst part of Santiago and there was no air conditioning and no elevators - we had to carry our luggage up two flights.
It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in - you should remove it from your list of hotels because it is not worthy of being recommended.
