Good attempt to keep up with the in-room amenities of an upscale hotel.
Bed was like lying on a piece of plywood. Coffee was not good, in-room or lobby.

I was in the area for my son's graduation from basic training at Ft. Knox. I enjoyed my stay although I did not spend much time in the hotel, itself. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Didn't care for the smoking area right in front of the hotel.

For the price and location, it was a good choice for myself. I noticed most people who were staying there, were just like myself, going to see a family member in the military. For the location and price I would recommend this hotel for the traveling family who were going to visit with a U.S. military service person. ...read more

Each room had a fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly.
Items at breakfast bar weren't always stocked or available.

If your purpose of travel is to visit someone at Fort Knox this is a close and convenient place to stay. It does not have a pool or restaurant.

The accommodations were good and clean. The staff went out of the way to be helpful. Great staff.
It was a bit small.

This hotel was very close to the Fort Knox base so travel back and fourth was so easy. Staff were great and worked to make our stay comfortable and happy. It is a smaller place but practical, friendly and clean. ...read more

Relationship to the location that I needed to be.
Having to use central hallway to enter.

Was fair.

It had no elevator, which was a problem for the handicapped person among us.

It's OK fro a quick stay. Nothing fancy, neither clean nor dirty. Could use some updating, especially to become more disability-friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing they didn't do was clean the room the whole time we were there. I would've liked fresh towels and sheets.

It was perfect for an overnight stay.

Having to travel across 4 states to get to my son's graduation, it was the best place and the location was the better than I could expect. Would stay there again and the staff was the best!

The desk clerk was great. Friendly and helpful.
The whole hotel smelled musty.

The hotel has seen better days. It was clean but shabby. There was a musty smell through out the hotel and in our room. The bed was fine and the clerk was very friendly and helpful.
