This "business-friendly" hotel with a "professional staff" is "close to the airport" – so unless you use the various "sleep aids", including a "relaxation CD", earplugs, eye masks and an aromatherapy kit, you'll be disturbed until the "planes stop flying over for the night"; most clients cite a "pleasant experience" thanks to "nicely appointed" rooms with "free WiFi" and "proximity to restaurants and a mall", but a small portion aren't pleased they "did not honor" their policy of offering a free night for a missed wake-up call.

We loved the mattress, pillows and sheets!
The lobby seemed busy at the time.
My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this Crown Plaza it was convenient and just felt good staying at a 3.5 star hotel for the price!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The grounds were beautiful and the room very comfortable. There were several fountains. Who pays for internet these days? That was a downer and we refused to pay the $12.99 per day for internet access. The pool and grounds were really nice except they weren't kept clean throughout the day. There were a lot of leaves and debris that fell in the pool, and newspapers and other garbage had blown into the fountain. Towels were not picked up or restocked.
