Solo Traveler
Customer service was good but did not know where anything was!!! Hotel grounds were dirty construstion going on at the hotel. Dirty towels!!

Traveling as Couple
My stay at the hotel was for the most part great. The only thing was that our A/C was not working. I called twice to the front office to complain but they would just send someone to mess with the thermostat. The problem was never resolved in the 3 days I stayed there. They didn't even offer me to change rooms even after I requested to change me. Other than the A/C problem it was a really nice hotel,

This hotel was fine. It was nice to have a kitchenette. The tub and toilet were in the bathroom and there was a seperate vanity area with the sink. So the actual bathroom was tiny, made it hard to get dressed in there. Also with a small child I'll read in the bathroom while she's asleep so I don't disturb her - this bathroom was too small for that. ...read more

This hotel is close to San Antonio, Sea World, Schlitterbahn waterpark, etc. Great for families as well as couples looking to get away. We liked the separate bedroom from the living feature. Everything was clean and homey. We would definitely stay here again. If using the airport shuttle, just tell the staff when you want to leave. The staff was very accommodating to our schedule. Family with Young Children
My stay at this hotel was more than we expected. The people were very helpful and friendly. The sports court was fun for me and my daughter. The pool was clean and perfect for playing around. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The hot breakfast every morning and the evening gatherings were terrific. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
