Ramada Hays

Ramada to me has always meant quality. Our experience at this location lacked quality. The motel is in need of updates. Heating and cooling system, bathrooms and caring staff.

Clean, basic and furnished room. Indoor corridors were noisy.

Very responsive staff, clean room, comfortable bed, had a nice bar at hotel with entertainment on Fri & Sat night.

I think this hotel would be a great place for families to stay. The kids would love the pool with the slide and the atmosphere would appeal to families.

When we arrived at 3 pm they did not have us a room. Then when they checked, we were reserved for double smoking room which we were to have non-smoking. The bathrooms were tiny and our need as seniors for accessibility made the room experience, less than pleasurable. The hotel was okay but I have reservations about the cleanliness. It's OK. I would not be happy if I paid their full price. This hotel is older and is better than a motel 6 but shouldn't be rated the same as the newer hotels that surround it.
