Couldn't regulate the temperature in the room and the remote didn't work. I had to call down 3 times within an hour before someone finally came.

Overall very pleasant staff and atmosphere, the restaurant was clean and fairly quiet and the rooms were large and comfortable about what you would expect from Holiday Inn.
