The bed was VERY nice, both comfy and gorgeous bedding.
I only wish I could have stayed longer.

I was very well satisfied. We stayed in 4 different hotels last week and that was by FAR the nicest for the price. We were WELL satisfied. I was very happy to find computers in the lobby for guest use. What a nice perk! ...read more

The location near Crocker Park was great.
The impatiens out front needed to be watered.

My husband and I like to stay at Hampton Inn because of its cleanliness, its accommodations, and its breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable. Good Location.
It didn't have a health club on pool on site.

When checking out of the hotel, I asked if I could have a receipt showing a zero balance. I just wanted to make sure no movies or phone fees was added to my room. The clerk at the desk gave me a receipt. I was making me a cup of coffee when another desk clerk came out and asked me she could see my receipt. I gave it to her and she refused to give it back. I explained her the purpose of me wanting that receipt back. She still refused to give me my receipt back. She had a very bad disposition. I didn't fell valued as a customer. The breakfast was out of some foods a half hour before we got there, and there was not enough selection.

This hotel was nice in every way. It was clean, the bed was better than most and the staff was friendly. We arrived at the free hot breakfast one half hour before it was over and some foods were gone. There was not enough selection to advertise a hot breakfast.
