Super 8 Motel North Little Rock

Bathroom needs work done to the light fixtures and bathroom needs cleaned better. Floors, corners and wall behind door appear to have mold on them. Lights in bathroom need to be covered.

Very hard to get in and out of due to being on a one way street. We seemed to inconvenience the night shift lobby clerk when we asked for towels for the pool. I accidentally checked smoking room but after check-in they gladly switched us to a non-smoking room. The indoor pool was warm but, they had the door open to the room it was in and it was 35 degrees out side. I still don't understand why that was that way. The whirlpool was out of order and that was one thing we had looked forward to. The housekeeper that cleaned our room was very friendly. The location is withing walking distance of several nice restaurants. You have to drive all around the world due to one-way streets all around the place. It's generally a pain in the neck just to get back to the hotel. We will not stay at this location during our next stay in NLR. Also, the microwave was unplugged so I had to get down and plug it in. The room would smell of smoke bad when someone upstairs (or in another room) smoked a cigarette. That wasn't very good. ...read more

The hotel was in a easy to get to location with many great restaurants very close by. The room was clean and roomy.

Hotel was run down, had to change room on check in due to door not closing completely. Door on new room still gapped. Cleaning service was inadequate and room did not even looked clean.

The first thing I noticed about my room was that it was for handicap individuals. The clothes rack was only about 3 feet high, so I couldn't hang my garment bag. The mirror in the bathroom was cracked and some of the wall paper was peeling. This motel could be very nice with a little TLC. I would not recommend this hotel facility. The overnight shift desk worker was very rude. HBO was playing on the TV in the front room. There was coffee left in the coffeepot. The 3rd room had been cleaned, though not thoroughly. Upon check out the front desk worker acted like she did not understand my hygiene concerns. ...read more

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and answered all questions.
