Ramada Hays

This hotel served its purpose for us- as a stopping point between St. Louis and Colorado. However, it was pretty low quality. The heat would not work correctly in the first room we got and the night manager was less than friendly, although he did get us another room. Declining.

Ramada to me has always meant quality. Our experience at this location lacked quality. The motel is in need of updates. Heating and cooling system, bathrooms and caring staff.

Clean, basic and furnished room. Indoor corridors were noisy.

Very responsive staff, clean room, comfortable bed, had a nice bar at hotel with entertainment on Fri & Sat night.

I think this hotel would be a great place for families to stay. The kids would love the pool with the slide and the atmosphere would appeal to families.

When we arrived at 3 pm they did not have us a room. Then when they checked, we were reserved for double smoking room which we were to have non-smoking. The bathrooms were tiny and our need as seniors for accessibility made the room experience, less than pleasurable. The hotel was okay but I have reservations about the cleanliness.
