The residence lies in the city centre, 500m away from the old town and the old harbour. It provides air-conditioned apartments, within a stone's throw of the shopping centre and the beach.Visit Menton's famous gardens as well as the baroque basilica of Saint-Michel-Archange, with its bell-tower, which is one of the most beautiful spots of the area. Nearby you will also find the Musée Jean Cocteau.

In addition to the listed facilities all apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 2 hotplates, an electric coffee-maker and a vacuum cleaner. A phone and television are available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a small loggia with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.Cost includes:. DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.From 15 November 2008 to 04 April 2009 the residence reception is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Sunday afternoon.From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 and Wednesday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed Sunday and Wednesday afternoon.
