Certainly met my needs. Staff was available and helpful.

Since new management arrived 6 months ago, this hotel has been in a continual state of decline. There are no locks on the outside doors, therefore anyone could walk in. The cleanliness was suspect and much of the hotel showed lack of upkeep.The whirlpool / spa was boarded up and the pool didn't look very well maintained. Where has customer service gone? I went to the front desk twice to get extra towels then again to check out and all three times the desk lady (whom I believe was the shift manager) was on the phone discussing other employees and their performance concerns. She never looked at me more less asked if I needed assistance. I feel a call like that should have been taken at a later time or elsewhere. I liked it. I got what I wanted for the most part. The people were great, but the rooms were small. It met a need.
