Comfort Inn Philadelphia Airport

I enjoyed my stay here and plan to stay there again. The staff was really nice and helpful. It's close to the airport. When I first checked in, The bathroom door was locked, so I went down and the clerk gave me a key to an adjacent room, so not a big deal. They have a free shuttle service that runs till 1 AM, which is great. The place is a bit old, but for the great service and the price, you really can't complain. Not all that clean, dingy, slow moving staff, except for the young woman who got me directions which was really helpful. Lobby hotel computer didn't work. When I got there at 11 p.m. after a 5 hour drive, the clerk took 25 minutes to check me in. There were just two parties ahead of me and he was so slow I couldn't believe it. He was unwilling to let me go ahead of the party he was helping, who had a lot of complicated questions about their bill. It was infuriating. I did like that it was cheap. The bathroom seemed dingy and the lighting in the room was poor. No phone book in the room. The hallway smelled smoky and made me cough I could hear every time someone in the next room turned on the water. I needed a place to crash after a concert and it did the job at a reasonable price.

This hotel is close to airport and high ways so a good location. There are good restaurants in 2-3 miles of distance.

This hotel was nicer than I expected. There was nothing wrong with the room or cleanliness.
