Beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing!
Staff was only somewhat helpful. We had two problems and they did not show any concern.

Great location near Miracle Mile. Restaurant looked nice and bar had a very nice view and ambiance.
Parking was pricey. Not certain if it was out of line.
Very nice hotel with a nice restaurant, bar and atrium. Therefore, the rooms struck us as merely adequate. Nothing objectionable. Everything clean, tidy and comfortable. Be prepared for $30 per day parking. Conveniently located. Just a short walk to Miracle Mile shopping and theaters. ...read more

Dried crusty towel found in with other towels.
Beware of up-charged self-parking. Do not validate or you will pay 4 more dollars per night ($31 vs $27). Staff was not helpful when a used crusty towel was found wedged in with our clean towels. Ask for a City view room. ...read more

Layout. Too cramped.
Hotel is located on top of the Sun Times building. It requires two separate elevators to access room. Ceilings were low for tall guests. Will not seek out this hotel in future. The location was good as it is on the river, but I had issues trying to get from room outside. ...read more

It was in a good location and it had a nice view from the lobby area.
I was not told about the 31 dollar a day parking fee for the hotel which was very pricey.
