Other than the noisy discourteous neighbors where noise traveled easily at 1 - 2am it was a great place to stay. Loved the kitchenette amenities. I found that the Super8 has cock roaches in their rooms and I would not ask my wife to sleep them. I contacted the Hotel numerous times they said the why could not help me?

I would be willing to try it again with this hotel. I was upset because the staff seemed unconcerned with my issues with their room. First of all, the toilet was backed up, but then the staff didn't respond to my call until about 2 hours later, secondly the vent in the bathroom was hanging down and i could see mold, dust, and inside the ceiling in the bathroom. Then third, the light didn't work on one side of the room. When I called and complained about all of these, the staff didn't take care of the problem for about 2 hours, but then when he came and plunged out the toilet, he left the plunger with me in case it happened again. The vent and the light was never fixed, but they said that when they came to fix it, there was a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. I know for a fact that the DND sign was taken down at approximately 9:30 am, when I left the room and was gone all day! As if this were not enough, when I returned back for the evening, I discovered that the room was not even cleaned. No clean towels, were left. So, I decided to call and complain again and was told to talk to the manager in the morning. I asked for towels so I could bath and bath my kids. The staff didn't bring the towels for about 2 hours. I had to end up going down to get the towels! The next morning, I tried to talk to the manager, and I checked back at least 3 times. The manager ddn't come in that morning. I checked out of the hotel by 11 am he still was not there. I sat outside in my car after checking out waiting for him. I checked again before I left (at about 12N ) he still was not there.
