The residence has a warm and functional environment, providing a living-room with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player and a desk.A kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric plates, dishes, a coffee machine and private bathroom. There is double glazing and sound proofing. Beds are made before arrival and house cleaning (including a weekly change of linen) is provided once a week.
