The bed and pillows were great. We were upgraded to a mini-suite. We stayed there 9 weeks before this date. And we will stay there again.
Didn't have time for the hot tub this trip, but water was not as hot as we like it.
The hotel is located near the Vancouver airport and is a great place to stay before we fly to Asia. We have stayed several times while traveling east.

They put me in an upper floor room with a great view.
I did not like having to check out and leave.
Airport pick-up was prompt. The hotel was what I expected from a Hilton. First class! They treated me as they would any Hilton guest. The room was great with a sitting room and awesome view. The hotel is 2 blocks from 2 major malls and a real nice park for walking and jogging. There are also lots of restaurants in the area. The new Vancouver Metro is also only 2 blocks away. ...read more

The hotel entrance was difficult to find at night.

The parking lot was confusing to navigate and inadequately marked.
Modern, comfortable and convenient for traveling to the airport.

Open view on higher floors, cannot hear the nearby highway much, and was close by Richmond center.
Parking is not ideal, long hallway to elevator area, nothing much to see around the hotel.
