I requested adjoining rooms. My son called 3 days prior to confirm we would have adjoining rooms. The clerk told me we had adjoining rooms when I checked in. We did not have adjoining rooms. I traveled 12 hours to have a family week end with my grandkids and the inability to have the kids in one room and adults in the other put a real damper on it. ...read more

CLEAN, friendly staff, accommodating, computer use in lobby was great, comfy beds.
Elevated rates due to NASCAR race but all hotels do that.
This Holiday Inn Express was very conveniently located right off the Ohio turnpike. It was extremely clean with very comfy beds and pillows. It was very quiet, no noise heard from other rooms.
