• " This hotel was a good choice for our stay in Banff. The staff was friendly and helpful. We chose a standard room which was big enough for 2 (more than 2 would have been crowded). The in-room fireplace was great. We used it both nights of our stay. Parking near our room at the hotel was a challenge. It was especially difficult on Saturday night when there was a wedding at the hotel. We ended up in a "no parking zone". It was either that or park on the main road. The hotel is a short simple drive to downtown Banff. Other than the parking issues, this hotel met all of our needs. "
