• " This is a basic hotel located north of downtown Vernon, but just down the hill from the Silver Star Ski Resort. Nothing fancy, but inexpensive restaurants are close by, the rooms were basic, but just fine, the staff was very helpful even at 3:30 in the morning. If you are looking for a basic, clean and inexpensive place to stay this is it. "

• " When we arrived at the hotel, we were told since we didn't show up on 7/6/07; they had to charge us for that night. Sharon was the lady that was on duty at that time and her attitude was terrible. We showed them our reservation was for 7/7/07 and checked out on 7/9/07. She refused to help. We had to stay in the hotel lobby for about 30 minutes. Before we could talk to the general manager. It was a terrible experience for us. "

• " Beware; You get what you pay for. The sheets were clean and that is the best thing I can say about this unit. The A/C was loud, the towels were thread bare, the bathroom was moldy, and the carpet in the room was dirty. "
