• " We complained to the assistant manager and met with the housekeeping in the morning. They apologized someone had not done their job. Send us an e-mail to make sure we would go back. We had been at that hotel twice before, a few years back, and it was very clean and comfortable. This is the second time in a couple of months that we have been disappointed in Sudbury. In both cases we had been guests before and were quite satisfied but with the new management things have changed. "
