• " This hotel is located across from the promenade. You could walk everywhere. The interior of the hotel was awful. Bright purple hallways and worn guest rooms. The weather was rainy so we spent more time in the room than normal. The TV did not work and the reception knew that upon our arrival. They comped our breakfast the day we left. "

• " Overall our stay was very enjoyable at the Le Meriden in Nice. I would say that we were initially concerned when we saw the exterior. Although centrally located, the McDonald's and Casino on the lower level was quite offsetting. That all changed once we were inside. When we arrived we were greeted by the manager and upgraded to a superior room. This was a pleasant surprise after traveling for 12 hours. We ordered room service at 2:00 AM and were pleased with the quality of the food. The Salad Nicosia was some of the best we had. The rooftop restaurant is wonderfully convenient, with great food. The view is fabulous! "

• " The hotel location is convenient but nothing else is recommended. The room is smelly and tiny. The receptionist is not friendly. We complained about bad smell of the room and ask for a change but got rejected. Hotel even charge for the use of swimming pool. 100% NOT recommended this hotel. "
