Overview of Auberge Ostapé

Ostapé is a regional gourmet stopover for its guests: traditional Navarrian cuisine interpreted by Alain Ducasse.The restaurant and the bar are located in the manor house. The restaurant, with a capacity of 50 seats, features traditional Navarrian cuisine, up-dated on a daily basis, and based on best quality regional farm production. Two vegetable gardens on the estate will also provide delicious ingredients - vegetables, herbs, seasoning plants, fruit. On the estate, you will have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool, the stud farm, Pottok horse-breeding (traditional poneys living in the Basque Pyrenees), the fitness center, turkish bath, sauna, the health and fitness run and cooking lessons (on request). A boutique is also available on the estate.
