• " Very conveniently located across from Munich's main train station on the Bayerstrasse side, with friendly doorman and desk staff. Room size was decent by American standards, TV incredibly large (biggest LCD I've had in a room) although not much to watch on it and washroom far superior to any other I've had in a European hotel yet (granite counter, separate shower and even the tiles looked new). Room included a large electronic safe that memorized my code between openings, a bar fridge, high-end toiletries and free slippers, plus a complimentary glass bottle of water. All rooms also include a Juliet balcony for overlooking the street or courtyard. "

• " My wife and I stayed for our first and last nights in Munich on a two week European vacation. Our luggage didn't make it and the Concierge was extremely helpful and called the airlines repeatedly. They also were able to guide us through the city and give us some excellent suggestions for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. They were also located directly across from the Main Train station which was extremely convenient. Excellent hotel with phenomenal staff. Well done. "

• " To its merit, this hotel has a very good restaurant with very friendly staff who remembered my wife and me. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, I felt I had to hold my breath whenever walking through the clouds of cigarette smoke in the lobby. It was carcinogen central! In fact, Munich is quite filthy with the litter of discarded cigarette butts everywhere! I also disliked the ridiculous fees charged for internet access. "
