• " Your basic place to crash and maybe grab breakfast in the morning. Nothing spectacular, but clean and adequate. Located south of the city center, it's a short bus ride in to Trinity College area, which is fine, but if you're looking for something close to the heart of the action, this hotel isn't it. Good for the traveler who, like myself, needed someplace reasonably close to the center to crash for the night before hopping a plane the next morning. "

• " The hotel is attractive and located near downtown Dublin. However, the service is the worst I've seen in any city in Europe. Hotel staff does not care and their systems are very poor. It took 2 hours to get into my room (and I arrived at 4:00 pm) and the service went downhill from there. "
