We enjoyed the hotel location - easy to train, subway, Colosseum. Lobby was small but nice. Breakfast service on a roof atrium was very pleasant. WiFi service was hard to use as a new password was required every 20 to 30 minutes. Since we had to move hotels to obtain two beds in the room, it was not a pleasurable stay. The hotel was very helpful in moving us to a sister hotel with the two beds. But the sister hotel was of much lesser quality.

Transportation from airport to and fro was not courtesy. Rude employees. Would not recommend it to anybody but worst enemy. Elevator was out the whole time of stay which necessitated climbing stairs for the disabled traveler this was very strenuous.

Initially, we were very disappointed because the room and bed were ridiculously small. Once we complained, we were moved to a nicer room with a queen bed.

The hotel has an excellent location but that is about all. The staff are smug and haughty people who think the guest is mostly a nuisance. The coffee is cold at breakfast, the scrambled eggs are very cold and repulsive.

The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It's not a 3 star hotel and definitely not worth the money. The towels smelled like vinegar and the shower was horrible. The beds resembled something more of a cot and what you would find at any boot camp barracks. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.
