• " It was just 6 miles from Downtown so a short cab ride. the pool areas were beautiful and there were many and the restaurants were exquisite we never had a bad meal and the spa was recently renovated and it was posh my only complaint after visiting a few other hotel areas is that the rooms could use a little update they are old and some of the plumbing doesn't work great but you don't have much time in your room anyway also how about feather bedding and better sheets the air-conditioning did not work well but it was cool enough at night we didn't need it much. Overall we really enjoyed it. "

• " The hotel was lovely ~ providing one had a rental car. Most of the hotel staff could speak the English language. I wish I could speak Spanish! I think the restaurants were drastically over-priced as one was held "hostage" without a taxi or rental car. "
