• " Warm greeting upon arrival. Fresh fruit in the room. We have toddler s and were concerned about the lock on the sliding glass door that leads to the balcony. They did not work properly. The maintenance staff came right away and replaced the lock with a child proof lock. NICE SERVICE! "
