• " Hotel Del Angel is a good location if you're a solo traveler: a businessman or a student doing research (although the hotel is far from the National Archive). What it lacks in space it makes up for in cleanliness of its rooms, its decent restaurant, and its convenient location close to two cinemas (one mainstream, one independent), to Chapultepec Park, to several embassies, and to the Zona Rosa (for all you thrill seekers). The staff is for the most part bilingual (although I managed to use my moderate Spanish with little difficulty) and there are secure tourist taxis available upon request. I would recommend Hotel Del Angel to any solo traveler, although if you had a family maybe I'd find another place unless your family is a little smaller. "
