• " I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. At times the front desk was understaffed but I really liked that they offered baggage storage, umbrellas, etc. And even though their ice machine was broken, they offered a solution. "

• " Good hotel, not too expensive, with a good location, in the heart of the historic downtown. I only would like that they can fix the problem with the internet in the rooms; or at least add one more computer in the first floor so the guests can check their e-mails. They only have two for all the guests in the first floor. Other than that, the service is really good. "
