• " For any traveler wanting to be near the Mexico City airport, this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Hotel staff is at the airport, carrying hotel sign, making it easy to get to the shuttle which operates round the clock. The hotel is most attractive, comfortable, and even luxurious. Great restaurant. Great stay. Loved it and would definitely go back. (I was surprised to like it so much - I mean, a Holiday Inn when you're in Mexico?). "

• " Hotel receptionist need more training, they give me four different key, because every time they issue a key, (1) room was duty, (2) people still in room ready leave, (3) room was occupied for some one that took an extra night, (4) four time it was the room assigned to me. "
