• " Hotel is in a good location with shops and food places close. Outside of hotel was attractive, and pool and ocean view was nice. Rooms still had metal keys, which is unsafe since keys could be copied. Decor of room was outdated, mattresses were on cement, and floors were very dirty. "

• " The pictures of the room for a upgrade were not pictures of the room we got. The hotel was under construction also. Our maid Yolanda was wonderful, Santos at the pool/bar was great. The hotel told this couple that it was okay to have a dog during the day/ but kenneled at night across the street. But during the day they gave her problems about having him etc this is not a pet friendly hotel. They miss led this couple but took there money for a room it was okay then but not later on in the day. "
