Zakopane, "the winter capital of Poland", is 14 kilometres away. A year-round destination, it is the most popular skiing and mountaineering centre in the country.Sightseeing tours are organised for groups (minimum 15 people). Destinations include Krakow and Spis Castle just across the border in Slovakia, one of the largest castles in Central Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
