When we arrived, it became an issue to add the additional person to the room and it was an extremely high additional fee.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, upon attempting to check out, I asked someone (whom I believe was the manager) for a receipt documenting my stay so that I may be reimbursed by my employer. I explained to her that our billing department requires not only a credit card receipt but a check out receipt from the hotel as well. The woman said she could not give me this receipt; and she seemed very put out/irritable when I asked for some written documentation verifying my stay. This place has the look and feel of a business hotel and this type of request surely isn't too unusual. I had a wonderful stay with the exception of her rude behavior during my check out.

Although I was 15 minutes late for the noon checkout time, I was locked out of my room. I went to the front desk to let them know I just needed to grab my bags. They fixed my key, but it still didn't work. Finally, the 3rd time got me in. I checked out. I'm one foot out the door when I get called back "your credit card is no good! She then wanted me to pay the bill. I apologized and said that I had already paid. She asked me to wait while she called. She told me she was on hold. I said I couldn't wait as I had to catch my flight. She replied, "well, you were the one to check out late". I was taken back by her rudeness. I replied, "I wouldn't have been so late if you hadn't locked me out of my room twice, but this has nothing to do with the matter at hand. I paid the travel agency, and you need to get payment from them". I gave them a copy of my receipt and left. I was really disappointed because up until then, my visit at that hotel was fantastic.
