• " A friend recommended this hotel. the hotel Santa Marta was located very close to a metro, and in Barcelona the metro is incredibly easy to use and can get you everywhere you need to go. However, the room was very small, and the hotel was located down a somewhat shady looking alley. I¿m sure the size is common among budget two star hotels, but it was a shock to me. Breakfast consisted of bread, coffee, juice, and water. Not bad for free. If you aren¿t planning on doing anything but sleep in your room, which we did, it's a decent bet for those looking to spend less than a hundred a night. You might be just as well off in another place however. Personally, a location walking distance to lasso¿s rumbles would have been preferred. This hotel was a metro ride w/ transfer or an eight euro cab ride away. "
