Led by award winning chef, Jim Kerr, the Cristal restaurant, with its gold and cream tones and large windows that look out onto the gardens and woodlands, offers a bright, luxurious setting in which to enjoy fine cuisine. Advance reservations recommended, available to non-residents. Step back in time with traditional afternoon tea served in the Grand hall, served between 14:30 and 17:00. This must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance. Light lunches and snacks are also served here from 12:00 until 16:00. The hotel offers extensive leisure and fitness facilities.
