• "You must stay at the Marriott Park Lane. I have been to London many times and this hotel and staff go beyond their duty to make your stay enjoyable. The best stay in London ever. The location is convenient for the tube (Marble Arch)."

• "Customer relations not good. Also, the upgrade to executive was overpriced. Aside from that, the room was small and comfortable. Room service was scary expensive (22 pounds for breakfast - $44 - that pubs charge $8-10) and so not really an option. Concierge and bell hops were great. Best I've had in any hotel."
