Originally built in 1867 as a country house, after spending time as a war time Royal Air Force Officers Mess and then offices, it was converted and sympathetically extended into a hotel in 1989. The Lincolnshire Oak is an excellent location for meetings and conferences. The hotel provides an excellent venue for meetings such as interviews, syndicate sessions and board meetings through to full-scale sales conferences with theatre-style presentations for up to 140 delegates. Ideal for exhibitions, birthday celebrations or dinner dances, the light and spacious Acorn Suite can cater for up to 120 people in comfort and includes a private bar. For conferences, this room can host up to 140 people. It is equipped with a hearing loop.For functions of up to 40 people, The Lincoln Suite, overlooking the grounds and gardens, provides an ideal location. Situated in the Victorian part of the hotel, well lit by natural light through its 3 large windows, The Lincoln Suite is also ideal for meetings and functions with up to 50 participants. The room is equipped with a hearing loop.For intimate functions, private dinners and receptions, The Lounge provides a room with both space and intimacy. The original Victorian Lounge is ideal for smaller meetings and dinners. It is well lit by natural light through its 3 French windows overlooking the grounds. The room is equipped with a hearing loop.
