• " The hotel was sub par with many problems. The TV. Was so fuzzy that it was useless, a chair was broken and my wife fell in the floor. The tub did not drain and I stepped into scalding water which had accumulated because the tub was not functioning properly. I was burned so badly that I screamed in pain. I reported this to the manager and asked for a refund, she refused and told me that I must take that up with you. She was rude and pretty much accused me of lying. So, I took her to the room and showed her the problems. I enticed her to stick her hand under the water because she said it was impossible that it would get hot enough to burn, she did so, jerked her hand back and winced. She still refused to refund my money. "
