• " You get what you pay for. I didn't pay much, but all my needs were accommodated. Make sure you bring earplugs, because, like so many other Rt. 66 hotels in Flagstaff, it is VERY close to the railroad tracks (a sign on the front desk warns that there are more than 100 trains per day). I had no trouble sleeping, though, because I was prepared. "

• " This hotel was offered as a two star hotel but has no restaurant on-site, the pool is very small and no open space for children. The room was literally (12 x 12) with a small bathroom. Next to railroad tracks with constant train noise. This is a one star property. "

• " This room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The pool area was great for both the kids and adults. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was awful. We've stayed at many hotels that offer cont. breakfast - and this was by far the worst breakfast offering I've seen. "

• " It was a last minute idea to stay in Flagstaff in stead of driving back to Phoenix after visiting the Grand Canyon for the day. It was convenient, in that it was a little over an hour from the Grand Canyon and we didn't have as far to drive the next day. The room had a rank odor from the minute we walked in to the time we left. I could smell it the whole time. It was a little inconvenient that you have to go outside to get to the pool house and breakfast. It would be fine in the summer but quite cold in the winter! The breakfast was adequate. It was nothing spectacular but it was enough to hold us over until lunch. It was a place to sleep and that's what we needed. "
