Guest Reviews of Best Western Catalina Inn

  • " The location of the hotel was nice & quiet (no trains/highways). The hotel staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the walls were too thin and I could hear the shower/facet/vacuum from upstairs and the next door neighbor talking on the phone/watching TV. "

  • " I would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. I spent most of the night tossing and turning due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows. Each time I got up to use the restroom, there was a new cockroach in the restroom for me to kill. Upon arrival, the cleaning lady was making out with her boyfriend in front of one of the rooms...yeah, needless to say...probably the worst hotel stay I have had. "
    Chad from  |  May 02 2008
  • " It was a little out of the way, but overall I was satisfied. "
    Adam from  |  April 04 2008
  • " The room smelled like it was at one time a smoking room. The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed. My wife was very uncomfortable. The walls were so thin you could hear a person talking next door even if they were talking in a normal voice level. We did not sleep well and got only 4 hours sleep. "
