Guest Reviews of Embassy Suites Hotel Tucson-Broadway

  • " This was so unlike other embassy suites I stayed at it's hard to describe. It was a completely bad experience. There were 3 adults in my party and having the sink and bathroom in the bedroom made it very awkward. Moreover, the bathroom was very small. It was advertised as recently renovated, and I guess that meant they changed the name. It was an old hotel and looked and felt like it, but in a bad sense. I was very disappointed in this hotel. I cannot imagine why embassy suites allow its name to be associated with this hotel. "

  • " I would rate this hotel a 2.5. Not quite a 3. The hot (cook to order) breakfast was the best part. The hotel needs some updating (old "popcorn" ceilings and older carpet). The bed was not very comfortable. "

  • " The room consisted of two large rooms and a very small bathroom with a sink in the room. My daughter slept on the pull-out couch which was a little uncomfortable (most usually are). The elevator didn't go up to where our room was so we had to carry our luggage up about six steps. The hotel was clean and very nice for the money. The hot breakfast was worth the price. "

  • " The suite set-up is a very comfortable way to stay. The two separate rooms allows privacy for dressing and sleeping. "

  • " The staff was nice/helpful and I really liked the layout. All rooms were centered around the pool/garden area so you always had a nice view out of at least one window & a nice area to walk around. The location was surrounded by nice businesses and close to a mall/other shopping. "
