• " What a clean, comfortable room! The bath was clean and the beds were very comfy. The continental breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was an excellent choice. I will definitely use this hotel again. "

• " I am sad to say that I did not have a good experience with this hotel. When I arrived at my destination, I was told by the clerk at the hotel that I did not have a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel found that I did indeed have a reservation. However, the hotel refused to honor the reservation. The people at the were not able to assist me in obtaining the room that I had reserved. I attempted to seek assistance from the people who I spoke with in (1) having the hotel comply with the reservation; (2) getting an alternate room at the same price; or (3) Since the room I had reserved was unavailable, and no other rooms were available. I ended up staying in a nearby 1-star or no-star hotel after spending over an hour trying to resolve the situation on the phone. Due to my bad experience, I will not be visiting this hotel when I make future reservations. In addition, I will not stay at a Best Western hotel any time in the future. "
