• " Very nice. The room was great. We especially like the included breakfast. The health center was very nice lots of equipment, clean, and open 24 hours a day. The business center was also very nice. We could check our e-mail and print off our boarding passes. "

• " The hotel is actually quite nice. Convenient to Solvang and the surrounding communities. We did have a problem with the maid service. Had to ask for the service to be done after having all day to do it, then we were shorted on standard supplies and again had to ask for them. When slow to handle the situation, I spoke to the duty manager. He was very apologetic and professional. The situation was handled immediately. I believe that the management was sincere in their statement that the experience that we had was a rarity. Overall, we were all pleased with the hotel and would stay there again if in the area. "

• " We had a great stay. We did leave a valuable item in our room upon checkout. We called the next morning and the staff did not find it. it appears that one of the maids did not turn it in. "
