• " It was convenient but the room was smaller than expected. The air conditioner unit didn't work. There wasn't an iron & ironing board either. It was clean & was close to Universal Studios, which is why we chose it. "

• " The room was okay, the beds were really comfortable and it was close to Universal Studios and to the freeway. I enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge and microwave, and the closet was really big. However, the plumbing in the bathroom was horrible, the sink took forever to drain and the shower took forever to heat up and the hot water had low water pressure. "

• " Bed soft and clean room clean with microwave and fridge pastries and coffee in the morning. Parking is bad some must park on street and when you park in the lot must back out to get out onto a very busy street and only one handicap space in the whole lot. "
