• " When I first called the hotel for directions, no one answered the phone. I called another hotel and asked had they heard of the Clarion, they said "yes" and gave me directions. I called again to make sure we were heading in the right direction and this time I was on hold for approximately 20 minutes. At check-in the staff member was not very helpful (I call his behavior rude). Afterwards when calling back to the room, I could never get a staff member to answer the phone to transfer my call or to answer a question. My guest was very dissatisfied with the room and the quality of service. It was truly a waste of money. I may as well had flushed it down the toilet, but couldn't do that, because the toilet didn't flush. "

• " This place is old. Hotel door did not have the additional locks (deadbolt, etc.) I had feared for my family's safety. Staff needs to be much friendly. This is by far the worst place I had ever stayed in. "
