• " We had a problem with the AC not working and the desk was non-responsive. We had to go down to the desk to get any help. There was no attempt to compensate for the inconvenience. The AC runs into the window treatment so it takes a long time for the room to cool off. The AC is turned off when you arrive and it is quite hot! "
