Many of the rooms and suites have a balcony and a large whirlpool bath. 100 percent non-smoking hotel. Amenities include in-room coffee service, 25-inch TV, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, iron, clock radio, hair dryer, cable and HBO. Hotel is away from the highway and has access to the beach and harbor within 500 feet. Handicap accessible rooms with roll-in showers. Every morning deluxe continental breakfast is provided. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Only three miles to the Elk Valley Casino.

• " The staff was very rude to us from the moment we got to the hotel. They acted like we were intruding and they seemed irritated that we were even there. When we checked in, we requested extra towels and a new bedspread- their response was "we cleaned the room before you got here, you don't need new linens." however, they did say they would send up some extra towels. About an hour later, they still had not sent any towels, so we called and requested them again. This time they said, "you need to come down here and get your own towels." the "beach access" is actually about a mile away, unless you want to visit the harbor. Clearly misstated. The room was clean and sufficient, though not "large" as the description stated. Again, we want to stress the attitude of the staff, how they were not kind, helpful, or friendly. We noticed only one person who even smiled at us. As we were checking out, we were asked how our stay was; we responded "it was okay." the girl at the counter ignored us and handed us our bill without a word. We definitely do not recommend this hotel. Service was non-existent. "
