• " It was a nice hotel, but the manager was not very helpful and was quit abrupt when speaking with him. He also was of not help for the free wireless service. I was without my computer for two day and the hotel could be of no help. Overall the breakfast was sufficient, and the room was clean. "

• " For a woman traveling alone, this hotel was not in a very safe neighborhood across the street from the Cow Palace. It was hard to find. The room was tiny and I had to make my - in room coffee on the floor. The check out time is 11am. I arrived late the night before and when I asked for a late check out I was told I couldn't have one because I was the only one left and it wasn't fair to make the maids walk up and down the hill. The hotel is on a hill. I needed a few extra minutes and at 11:10 am, the woman at the front desk came to my door and told me I would be charge $40 for every 30 minutes. I would never stay there again or recommend it. "
